Proalpha customers benefit from a comprehensive, modular field service solution with seamless integration into the Proalpha Business Applications Suite.

Weilerbach, December 9, 2024 – The Proalpha Group, one of the leading providers of integrated business applications for mid-sized companies, has entered into a strategic sales partnership with SERVICE 1 GmbH (SERVICE 1). With this partnership, Proalpha expands its network for sales and integration by teaming up with a renowned player in comprehensive field service management solutions. Proalpha customers will benefit not only from a standard integration of SERVICE 1 with Proalpha ERP but also from the existing integration with Empolis Service Express, a product of the Proalpha Business Applications Suite. Additional integrations into the Proalpha Group portfolio—such as with Atoria for HR data exchange—are already in the planning stage.

SERVICE 1, headquartered in Paderborn, has been developing comprehensive, cross-industry field service management solutions for over 30 years, catering to customers of various sizes.
