Please note: my proalpha can be accessed with computers, tablets or smartphones.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it anytime by means of the "Forgotten your password?" function in the login mask.

Your data and the data you provide with the use of Service Now are only processed in the data center located in Germany. The service provider does not access the data stored here from locations outside the EU.

Both the service provider and Proalpha only process the data within the EU. They are only accessed by employees from Proalpha subsidiaries in third countries if this has been explicitly requested by the customer or a specific order demands it.

In general, no (end) customer data are processed in Service Now. This only happens in individual cases when you have actively attached end customer data to service requests.
